Hong Kong had fought back well in a topsy-turvy match to put themselves in a strong position to pull off a stunning victory but a flurry of late wickets saw them slump to the most agonising of defeats.
Pakistan Cricket Board chief Ijaz Butt on Tuesday slammed the ICC for its reported decision to change the rotational policy in the appointment of presidents after 2015 and said it will oppose the move at the Board meeting of the world body later this month.
