India A crashed to a 125-run defeat in the Second Unofficial Test against West Indies A at the Arnos Vale Ground in Kingstown, St Vincent. The visitors needing 183 runs to win with six wickets on the fourth and final day were embarrassingly bowled out for just 94 in 36.4 overs.

West Indies A Skipper Veerasammy Permaul claimed dream figures of 4 for 22 in just 9.4 overs with his left arm spin. Delorn Johnson, who did the damage on Day 3 taking four top order wickets, picked up two more to finish with 6 for 34 in 17 overs. India A’s overnight batsmen Rohit Sharma could only score 13 and Manoj Tiwary got 20 while Wriddhiman Saha was out for a duck. After these three batsmen were dismissed cheaply, it was too easy for the hosts to demolish the tail enders.

The 3-match Test Series is now leveled 1-1. The final Test will be played from the 16th of this month at Gros Islet.
