Kraigg Brathwaite: The West Indies batsman was the one who gained most from the series. In two Tests, he totalled a massive 324 runs at an average of 108 with one hundred, a double hundred at that, and one fifty. He occupied the crease for an impressive 715 balls during the series.

Shivnarine Chanderpaul: Thelegendary West Indian finished the series without an average because he wasn’t dismissed even once during his three visits to the crease. Chanderpaul made an unbeaten 85 in the first Test at Kingstown, and added 84 not out and 101 not out in the second game at Gros Islet. The scores gave him amazing numbers – 270 runs with one hundred and two fifties. During the second Test, he joined the elite group of players to have scored 30 Test tons. Chanderpaul faced a total of 558 balls in the series.

Mushfiqur Rahim: He was the only Bangladesh batsman to put up some kind of resistance in the series. In two Tests, he totalled a decent 179 runs at an average of 59 with one hundred. Rahim made 48 not out and 116 in the opening Test, but failed with 4 and 11 in the second Test. Rahim faced 398 balls in the series next only to Tamim Iqbal, who faced 374 balls, which gives us a clear indication of how poor Bangladesh batsmen were in the series.

Sulieman Benn: TheWest Indian left-arm spinner was the best bowler in the series. He finished with 14 wickets after the two Tests, with two five-wicket hauls at an average of 12.4, and a strike rate of 40. He sent down a total of 24 maidens during the course of the two Tests.

Kemar Roach: The West Indian speedster picked up 11 wickets in two Tests at an average of 16.3 with one five-wicket haul. Significantly, he troubled most Bangladesh batsmen with his pace. Roach claimed 1 for 31 and 4 for 64 at Kingstown and 5 for 42 and 1 for 43 at Gros Islet. Roach finished the series with a strike rate of 38.5 and an economy rate of 2.5.
