The Mumbai Skipper scored a solid 82 (from 122 balls with 11 fours and a six) to guide Mumbai to 308 for 5 in 97 overs in reply to Punjab's 226. Middle order bat Suryakumar Yadav chipped in with a breezy 64 from 56 balls with 10 fours and a six helping Mumbai get a lead of 82 runs by the close of the second day's play.
